Nikki Barjon is a global brand architect, crisis strategist, and elite dealmaker known for building lasting value—not moments. For nearly three decades, she has guided Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, and cultural icons through high-stakes growth, negotiation, and transformation. Her career was forged in global crisis communications and brand strategy, working with organizations such as KingWorld, Viacom, CBS, Nike, Pfizer, and Ford Motor Company, then expanding across the NBA, NFL, WNBA, MLB, and Olympic platforms. Nikki turns complexity into clarity. She protects, she structures and builds brands that endure.

Donovan D. Potter is the Co-Founder and Partner of BRXND Sports and Entertainment Group (BXSE), where he helps elite athletes and entertainers protect what they’ve built, expand their influence, and grow with intention. A former Division I football player turned attorney and entrepreneur, Donovan brings over a decade of experience in deal negotiation, business management, and strategic advisory. His rare combination of legal rigor, athletic perspective, and operator mindset allows him to see around corners—structuring opportunities that are smart, defensible, and built to last.
At BXSE, Donovan leads business and contract management, NIL and endorsement negotiations, brand development, and long-term career planning. He is consistently recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star and a National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and is an active member of the Sports Lawyers Association and the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association. Donovan believes athletes and entertainers are more than talent—they are brands, businesses, and future leaders. His mission is clear: equip clients with the strategy, protection, and discipline to build real legacy beyond the game or stage.
