Nikki Barjon is the Co-Founder and Partner of BRXND Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC (“BXSE”), Nikki leads the brand-building process with a focus on strategic impact, visionary growth, and meaningful marketing. A former Division I track and field athlete turned global branding and crisis strategist, Nikki Barjon brings over two decades of experience in transformational branding, storytelling, and strategy. Known as a trusted advisor to global corporations, cultural icons, and high-profile individuals, Nikki has shaped some of the most influential voices and iconic brands across the globe. Her mission is to help clients leverage their brands by aligning identity and values to create brands that are not just seen but felt, trusted, and remembered. From guiding Fortune 500 companies to navigating pivotal cultural moments, Nikki’s expertise lies in building legacies that leave a lasting impact. Donovan D. Potter, Esq.
Co-Founder, Partner
Donovan D. Potter is the Co-Founder and Partner of BRXND Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC (“BXSE”), a boutique business management and marketing agency serving athletes and entertainers across the country. With a background in both law and competitive athletics, Donovan co-leads BXSE with a mission to help clients protect what they’ve built, expand their influence, and grow their brands with strategic intention. A former Division I football player turned attorney and entrepreneur, Donovan brings over a decade of experience negotiating deals, managing business operations, and advising high-performing individuals. At BXSE, he oversees a range of services including business & contract management, brand development, NIL and endorsement deal negotiation, and long-term career planning. Under Donovan’s leadership, BXSE helps clients: • Structure and negotiate Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) and brand endorsement agreements • Develop personal brands that align with their values and amplify their market reach • Manage business operations with professionalism and strategic foresight • Build generational wealth and long-term security beyond the game or stage Donovan has continuously been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star and one of The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association. At BXSE, Donovan is driven by the belief that athletes and entertainers are more than just talent—they are brands, businesses, and leaders with a LEGACY to create, develop and preserve. His mission is to equip them with the tools, representation, and strategy to succeed on every level.
